LAHORE: Punjab law minister, Rana Sanaullah, Thursday said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) humbled Pakistan Peoples Party's (PPP) Mian Manzoor Wattoo in the by-elections, that’s why he was ashamed of facing his workers as well as leadership, Geo News reported.
“ To his utter frustration, the PPP Punjab chief saw his tall claims of sweeping the by-polls falling short. PML-N confined PPP to an embarrassing defeat”, said PML-N’s satire master, in a statement issued here.
He said PML-N had burst PPP’s bubble of replacing PML-N’s chief minister with theirs.
“The blow we dealt them knocked them out of the illusion they can outvote us in Punjab. Wattoo’s cunning kissed the dust, thanks to Punjab’s well-aware people”, said Sanaullah.
