People took to the streets and protested over the incident. Police said that bullets were fired at a mad dog that mistakenly hit a man identified as Khalid and his 10 year-old son.
DSP Abdul Sammad held negotiations with the protesters and assured them that action would be taken against the policemen responsible for the killings.
