According to sources, the ISI Chief, Lieutenant General Zaheer-ul-Islam will also attend the conference.
The conference will look into the possiblities of a partnership for political dialogue, security cooperation and financial development.
The session will also review joint efforts for the peace and security of Afghanistan and the region.
