Courts did not accept Indian evidence against Hafeez Saeed: Rehman Malik
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that the courts had not accepted Indian evidence against Hafiz Saeed and action would only be taken once credible evidence was provided.

Malik who arrived in Pakistan on Sunday following his three-day visit to India said Pakistan had accepted the verdict of the Indian courts regarding Ajmal Kasab and now Indian courts should accept the decision of Pakistani courts.

The Interior Minister added that India had been advised to form a task force to resolve mutual issues and discussions were held with officials regarding interference in Balochistan and other matters.

“Both countries should evolve a mechanism which prevents acts of terrorism. We do not want terrorist acts such as 9/11 and the Mumbai attacks to be repeated,” Malik said.
