A two-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Khawaja heard CNG price case here on Thursday. The court directed OGRA to carry on its work.
Justice Khawaja remarked that five years had passed but the CNG station owners had not fulfilled any terms.
Apprising the court, secretary petroleum said a committee headed by law minister had been formed in the meeting held over the CNG issue. He said the government was also concerned over this serious matter.
Counsel of CNG association Sindh, Wasim Sajjad contended that the court should order OGRA to fix appropriate CNG prices.
