Becoming caretaker PM is not in agenda: Qadri
LAHORE: Chairman of Tehreek-e-Minhajul Quran Dr Tahirul Qadri has said that becoming a caretaker prime minister was not on his agenda, Geo News reported Sunday.

Addressing a workers’ convention in Lahore on Sunday, Qadri said he wanted to see real democracy in the country and that he would not accept any post after changing the electoral system in Pakistan.

He thanked those who supported him in the 23rd December public rally at Minar-e-Pakistan. The journey of democratic revolution had started from 23rd December, he said.

Qadri demanded of the armed forces to take responsibility of security of the participants of the long march scheduled for on January 14 on the capital city of Islamabad.

He said he had submitted jewelley of his wife, daughter and daughter-in-law to meet the expenses of the long march.
