Dr. Fauzia Murree elected BA Dy. Speaker unopposed

QUETTA: Dr. Fauzia Murree has been elected Deputy Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly unopposed, as none filed candidature against her on Monday here, Geo News reported.

Dr. Fauzia Murree is the first woman to rise to the coveted post of Deputy Speaker in the Balochistan Assembly, which fell vacant as earlier Dy. Speaker Syed Matiuallah was also elected Speaker unopposed in the assembly session presided over by the member assembly Dr. Fauzia Murree, who administered oath to the Speaker and later she was also elected Dy. Speaker unopposed in session presided over by the Speaker.
