YDA Punjab announces to end strike

LAHORE: Young Doctors Association Punjab late on Friday night announced to end their strike.

According to the announcement, the doctors will resume their duties at 8 AM on Saturday. The association said that they would not withdraw their demands regarding service structure, adding that their demands should be met in six days.

On the Gujranwala incident, the doctors said that the incident was a result of a conspiracy and cases should be registered against those who are involved in torturing senior doctors.

The association expressed their trust on the judiciary saying that it would resolve their problems.

The meeting has been convened to chalk out future plans, they association added.
