PESHAWAR: The Khybber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly on Monday adopted a resolution against Dr Tahirul Qadri, Geo News reported.
The resolution termed Qadri’s demand for electoral reforms as a plan to delay the coming general election. It said that some forces wanted to wrap up the democracy in the country.
The resolution called on the Election Commission of Pakistan to continue its praparations for the election without any fear.
The resolution was unanimously tabled by the government and the opposition lawmakers.
