LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader, Nawaz Sharif, Tuesday mocked at the Tehrik Minhaj-ul-Quran leader Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri by likening his situation with an empty bag that could not stand upright, Geo News reported
“It will strike to them what a long march really is as soon as they set out for it” said he talking to media after addressing at a SAFMA ceremony.
He said calm within Pakistan and India was vital to a peaceful region.
“Serious talks can resolve outstanding issues between Pakistan and India”, Sharif said.
He said awarding India Most Favourite Nation (MFN) status would add to mutual trade.
