QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has rejected extending the interim bail of three accused, including former chief minister Balochistan, in the Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case, Geo News reported on Tuesday.
The BHC bench, headed by Justice Jamaal Mandokhel, rejected granting extension in interim bail to former chief minister Jam Muhammad Yusuf, former federal interior minister Aftaab Sherpao and ex-provincial home minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani and ordered them to appear before Trial Court.
During the hearing, counsel in Nawab Akbar Bugti contended that there is no clarity on the arrest of murder case accused outside the country.
On this, the court sought explanation from the federal and provincial governments in this regard.
It may be noted here that Akbar Bugti murder case hearing is also continuing in Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
