Missing persons case: PHC summons Home Secretary KPK on Feb 14

PESHAWAR: Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court (PHC), Justice Dost Muhammad Khan has summoned Home Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) on 14 February, Geo News reported.

Chief Justice PHC was hearing missing persons’ case here on Tuesday.

During the hearing Justice Dost Muhammad Khan ordered to present all the record regarding missing persons. He directed deputy attorney general KPK to seek reply of provincial and federal governments and inform within an hour, or else, the court would act itself.

The issue of missing persons is very serious matter and the court will not allow anybody to create state within the state, Justice Dost Muhammad Khan observed.

The Chief Justice said the court can not give more time on the issue of missing persons.
