NA dissolution likely by mid March: Khurshid Shah

ISLAMBAD: Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Syed Khurshid Shah has said that the National Assembly would be dissolved by March 13 or 14, Geo News reported Wednesday.

Speaking to reporters outside the Parliament House, he said that the government would try to evolve consensus to dissolve the National Assembly and provincial assemblies on the same day.

The minister said that the PPP leadership had not finalized nomination for caretaker prime minister so far.

Shah said that the outgoing assemblies were faced with predictions about their dissolution from the day one.
