LAHORE: Minhaj ul Quran leader, Tahirul Qadri has announced the second phase of his ‘revolution march’, which came to an end after a deal between the cleric and the PPP-led government.
Speaking to media, he said that the second phase would be launched on February 15 from Gujranwala.
He said that rallies would be held in Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sukkur and Rawalpindi.
“People will have to decided whether they want to support the Constitution or incumbent ruling class,” he said.
He added that the prevailing system always violated the Constitution. Qadri said he didn’t intend to delay elections and the army was also not in favour of a martial law.
