Ch Shujaat, Dr Tahir ul Qadri discuss SC petition on ECP reconstitution

LAHORE: President of Pakistan Muslim League-(Quaid e Azam) (PML-Q) Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain telephoned chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Tahirul Qadri while both the leaders are also scheduled to have a meeting later today.

According to the sources of PML-Q, Ch. Shujaat and Tahirul Qadri had an exchanged of views of the petition filed by the latter in Supreme Court (SC) in connection with the reconstitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

Both the leaders are also due to hold a meeting in the evening at Dr Qadri’s residence where they are expected to discuss various matters, particularly the petition filed in SC and matters related to the election commission.

General secretary of PML-Q Mushahid Hussain Sayed will also be present on the occasion.
