Police said that five bodies were recovered from a house at Lasori Kalan, gunned down last night by some unidentified persons.
Aasia Bibi, her daughters Sana, 17, Hina 15, sons Muzammil Hussain, 18 and Ali, 7 included among the dead. Iftikhar Ahmad, the head of the family resides abroad.
Police have taken the corpses in custody, while the incident is being investigated.
