ISLAMABAD: Tehreek-e-Minhajul Quran chief Allama Dr Tahirul Qadri termed Supreme Court decision of discarding his petition as a political verdict.
Speaking to media outside the Supreme Court building after an apex court bench dismissed his plea, seeking reconstitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan, the cleric said his plea was not heard instead issue of his dual nationality was taken up during the proceedings.
He said formation of the electoral body was illegal and his stance against its constitution was right.
