LAHORE: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) will not make any seat adjustments and contest the upcoming elections separately while MQM MNA Haider Abbas Rizvi has ruled out the possibility of a meeting with Tahirul Qadri and Sharif brothers in the coming days.
Talking to media persons upon his arrival at Lahore airport along with Faisal Sabzwari, he said at this stage an electoral alliance with the Pakistan people's Party looked unlikely and his party had no program to hold a meeting with Tahirul Qadri and Sharif brothers.
Rizvi said they had come to Lahore in connection with the engagements of the party. "There is no possibility of any meeting with Tahirul Qadri and Sharif brothers," he clarified.
Faisal Sabzwari said that MQM had no such plans at present to forge an alliance with PPP and that decisions in connection with coalition partners will be made through party consultations.
