The agreement was signed by Interior Minister Rehman Malik and his Iranian counterpart Mustafa Najr during a ceremony.
Both the countries, through the agreement, agreed to enhance cooperation to overcome terrorism, human trafficking and fake currency.
Mr Malik is on two-day visit to Tehran where he will also meet President Mahmud Ahmadinejad.
