LAHORE: Claiming that the law & order situation in Punjab was comparatively better than other provinces, the Chief Minister, Shahbaz Sharif, Saturday asked the interior minister as to what did he do to bring the killers of hundreds to justice in Balochistan, Geo News reported.
"Rehman Malik better first come clean on his progress in restive Balochistan before raising fingers at others", said he.
He was speaking to the journalists after condoling with the family of slain eye surgeon, Prof Dr Ali Haider.
PML-N President Mian Nawaz Sharif was also present on the occasion, but did not talk to the media.
The PML-N leaders appreciated the services of late doctor and his family for the country. The Chief Minister assured the bereaved family that all out efforts would be made to arrest the killers of Dr Ali and his son.
It is pertinent to mention that Dr Ali Haider and his son Murtaza Haider were killed in a targeted attack a few days ago.
