Police said accused Mosa and Shaukat Zardari shot dead Ismail and Yousuf in their field in Gulzar Zardari village and later killed their sisters at home. The girls were identified as Qazbano and Shehzadi.
The accused surrendered to police after the killing.
The deceased and accused are said to be relatives.
