LAHORE: Veteran jurist and Pakistan People’s Party leader, Senator Aitzaz Ahsan, who led the historic movement for the restoration of deposed higher judiciary Saturday jocularly admitted to being a "Joru Ka Gulam" --a henpecked husband.
Aitzaz Ahsan, who was in good humour after submitting nomination papers for his spouse for one of the reserved seats for women, told media he was there to do his wife's bidding as he was a proverbial "Joru Ka Ghulam".
Ahsan, sporting an ear-to-ear smile, told a bunch of grinning reporters that believe it or not Imran Khan, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, and even Shakespeare were no exception.
