PESHAWAR: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Dost Muhammad Khan has remarked that if attacks on Salala can be stopped then why not drone strikes, Geo News reported.
LHC chief justice made these remarks while hearing a petition against drone strikes in the tribal areas of Pakistan. He said common people are affected more by such attacks.
Justice Dost Muhammad said the parliament makes the foreign policy but it is not implemented.
Commenting on Hamoodur Rahman commission, the chief justice said ‘we lost half of the country but the commission’s report has not been made public yet.’
He further said that Abbottabad Commission report had been finalized, however, the common man still knows nothing about the findings.
