Benazir murder case: ATC summons Musharraf on April 23
RAWALPINDI: Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) has once again summoned all the accused including the former president Pervez Musharraf on April 23, while hearing the Benazir Bhutto murder case on Saturday here, Geo News reported.

ATC judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman once again issued summons for Pervez Musharraf and other accused during the hearing here, as Musharraf had already been summoned twice in the case, he still failed to appear for today’s hearing.

The hearing of the case was subsequently adjourned to April 23.

Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in a gun-and-bomb attack outside Rawalpindi’s Liaquat Bagh on December 27, 2007.

The ATC had indicted Musharraf in the case in February 2011, and in August the same year he was declared a proclaimed offender and his property was attached because of his absence
