ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has adjourned the hearing of contempt of court case against former interior minister Rehman Malik till April 30 due to his non-availability, Geo News reported.
A three-member bench led by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary heard the case here on Monday.
Rehman Malik’s lawyer told the court that his client had gone to Saudia Arabia for offering Umrah and would return to Pakistan by April 27.
