ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid leader Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has said that election would be held on time and major surprises would emerge during the process of polls, Geo News reported Friday.
Speaking to media after Fouzia Behram and Faiz Taman from Chakwal joined the PML-Q, he said that no single party would be able to form government and alliance of political parties would form the government in the centre.
He said that Punjab would be the main battlefield during the election and political parties would win seats on the basis of their performance.
Elahi criticized the PML-N for its projects like Metro Bus, Sasti Roti, Ashiana scheme, Yellow Cab and said Rs140 were wasted.
The PML-Q leader said that Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar and PML-N had joined hands in Gujrat.
