Charsadda: One dead, 11 hurt in blast targeting ANP
CHARSADDA: A bomb exploded during Awami National Party’s (ANP) public contact campaign in Charsadda, killing one person and injuring 11 others, Geo News reported Monday.

According to police, the bomb explosion took place when ANP’s candidate Muhammad Ahmed Khan was meeting the shop-keepers of Sardheri Market as part of the party’s election campaign.

The bomb killed one persons and injured 11 others, who were shifted to a local hospital.

Police found the destroyed motorcycle and body parts littered across the site of the explosion.

It may be noted that ANP’s candidate Muhammd Ahmed Khan is contesting the upcoming polls from the provincial assembly’s constituency, PK-17.
