LODHRAN: Former Punjab chief minister and Pakistan Muslim League-N leader, Shahbaz Sharif Monday declared May 11 as the day of accountability for ‘Asif Zardari and his cronies’.
“These are not going to be any ordinary elections; they will provide an opportunity to build Pakistan,” Shahbaz Sharif said while addressing an electoral rally here.
He regretted that ‘Asif Zardari and his cronies’ did not spare any energy in destroying Pakistan.
Shahbaz accused Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan of playing the game of Asif Ali Zardari.
He called upon the people not to let the vote for Nawaz Sharif distribute in favor of others, adding Muslim League-N will eliminate the darkness after coming to power.
Shahbaz said the former prime minister claimed spending Rs50 billion for the uplift of Multan but in practical terms works worth even Rs500 million are hardly visible on ground.
