PHC dismisses petition against ex-KPK minister degree

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday dismissed the petition against the fake degree of former senior minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rahimdad Khan, Geo News reported.

Two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Musarrat Halali heard the Rahimdad Khan’s fake degree case on Wednesday.

According to details, petitioner Farman Ali had prayed to the PHC to declare Rahimdad Khan as ineligible for possessing fake B.A degree.

Dismissing the petition the court ordered the petitioner to contact election tribunal after forthcoming polls.
