Distribution of polling material concludes

ISLAMABAD: The process of distributing polling material including the ballot papers has completed countrywide Friday, Geo News reported.

According to the spokesman of Election Commission of Pakistan, presiding officers have received polling material from the returning officers. The material included ballot papers, ballot boxes, stamps and other required stationary.

It may be mentioned that the presiding officers have been provided with fireproof result packets for the first time.

The ECP sources also told that declaring result of postal ballot before the general election result is illegal and they will be counted along with other votes.
