QUETTA: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has nominated Sardar Sanaullah Zehri for Balochistan chief minister position after it became the largest party in the provincial assembly with the joining of other parties and independent candidates.
PML-N won nine seats in Balochistan and to successfully form government in the province, 33 seats out of 65 are needed in the house.
After the inclusion of four members including Sarfaraz Bugti, Sardar Saleh Bhotani, Jam Kamal and Amir Rind, PML-N has 13 seats now. Other parties who have also joined PML-N include Muslim League-Q (five MPAs) and two members of Majlis e Wahdat Muslimeen and Jamote Qaumi Movement. Many other independent candidates have also hinted to join N-League.
PML-N will gain strong position after the inclusion of women lawmakers and members of minority group.
