The ATC also acceded to the plea made by the lawyers of the former president and allowed the exemption of his presence in the court for one day.
ATC Judge Syed Kausar Abbas Zaidi was hearing the case and Pervez Musharraf could not be produced in the court for security reasons.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing until June 1.
