ISLAMABAD: Authorities in Islamabad have decided to suspend mobile phone services in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi for four hours Thursday, Geo News reported.
According to security sources, the decision has been taken considering the security situation on the arrival of Chinese premier Li Keqiang in Pakistan.
The service will remain blocked from 1 pm to 5 pm in some areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
On Wednesday, the cellular phone services in the twin cities remained suspended from 10 am to 2 pm.
Chinese PM Li Keqiang has arrived in Pakistan on a two-day official visit.
