PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday issued final warning to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Chairman Peshawar Electric Supply Corporation (PESCO) and political agents of North and South Waziristan for the recovery of eight kidnapped workers of WAPDA, Geo News reported.
A division bench of the high court comprising of Chief Justice Dost Mohammad Khosa and Justice Rooh-ul-Ameen declared non recovery of the abducted WAPDA workers by the government and concern authorities their ineligibility, as they yet failed to rescue kidnapped workers.
Issuing final warning to Governor KP, PESCO Chief Executive and political agents of North, South Waziristan, the division bench directed them to recover kidnapped workers till the next hearing.
The division bench also ordered the Governor secretariat to present the report of the incident.
