In the meeting held at PM House, both the leaders also discussed issues pertaining to coalition government.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said all the political parties have to join hands to cope with the challenges faced by the country.
Sources said PML-N Sindh leader Mumtaz Bhutto also met Nawaz Sharif and discussed prevailing political situation.
