According to the police, the building of Quaid e Azam Residency was partially damaged as a result of rockets landing in the area. Fire Brigade has also been called in to control the fire.
The Deputy Commissioner Ziarat, Tahir Nadeem, said there is information about planted explosive material in the area.
Police and FC cordon off the area soon after the incident.
