CJ SHC seeks detailed report on Justice Baqar attack

KARACHI: Chief Justice Sindh High Court (SHC) Justice Mushir Alam has convened a high-level meeting on Thursday and sought a detailed report over the attack on senior judge Justice Maqbool Baqar, Geo News reported.

The member SHC visiting team of the site, Fahim Ahmed Siddiqui informed Geo News that IG Sindh, DG Rangers, Home Secretary, senior judges and other high officials will participate in the meeting, convened at 10:00AM on Thursday.

Justice Mushir Alam has sought a detailed report from the authorities concerned over the attack on Justice Maqbool Baqar, he added.

Fahim Siddiqui further said CJ has also contacted the family of injured judge.
