PESHAWAR: Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court (PHC) Dost Muhammad Khan, while hearing the missing persons’ case, remarked that agencies consider themselves above the judiciary, Geo News reported Thursday.
While hearing the missing persons’ case at PHC today, the Chief Justice ordered the deputy attorney general to present the heads of the intelligence agencies in the court.
