KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader, Rehman Malik Saturday appealed to his party and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) to end the ongoing blame game, Geo News reported.
Speaking to the media after a meeting on law and order chaired by President Asif Ali Zardari at the Bilawal House, Malik said in his personal opinion the MQM and PPP should chalk out a joint strategy for the maintenance of peace in Sindh.
He likened Sindh to a bunch of flowers and said that his party was waiting for a response from MQM’s side. It may be mentioned here that PPP had invited the former coalition partner to join treasury benches.
Malik added that PPP and MQM have to work together for the greater good of Sindh and the country.
