MULTAN: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Friday foiled a bid of drugs smuggling, seizing 139 kilograms of hashish and three kilograms of heroin and arresting two people, Geo News reported.
According to reports the drugs were being transported from Peshawar to Karachi.
According to ANF sources, they stopped a vehicle near Metla in Vehari on the tip off and recovered 139 Kgs of hashish and 3 kgs of heroin from the car, while two men identified as Haider Ali and Wali Khan were also arrested.
The arrested accused confessed during initial investigation that they had been transporting the narcotics from Peshawar to Karachi.
