17 Balochistan districts plunge into darkness

QUETTA: Power supply to 17 districts of Balochistan including Quetta was suspended due to fault in transmission line, Geo News reported.

According to Quetta Electric Supply Company (Qesco), all the districts except Makran plunged into darkness after power supply was suspended due to fault in Guddu-Quetta transmission line.

Chief Qesco Balighur Rehman told Geo News that they were struggling to restore the power supply and the issue would be resolved in one or two hours.
