No-confidence motion submitted against AJK PM

MUZAFFARABAD: Two assembly members of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) have submitted no-confidence motion against Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, Geo News reported.

Sources said the no-confidence with signatures of Abdul Majid Khan and Muhammad Hussain has been submitted.

Following the submission of the no-confidence motion, six ministers and three advisors resigned from their posts.

Meanwhile, the prime minister has refused to step down, stating that he has the support of the parliamentary party and will face the no-confidence motion.
