Nowhere women prevented from casting votes, says KPK CM

PESHAWAR: Kyber Pakhtunkhaw Chief Minister, Pervez Khattak Friday said that women were stopped from casting votes anywhere, however, if any such incident has taken place, due notice would be taken and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has already taken notice of it, said a handout issued here.

KPK CM said that he believes in the transparency of elections and added that he neither gave funds in any constituency nor allowed anyone to misuse the government machinery.

Pervez Khattak said that his opponents were blaming him vocally and they have no evidences against the charges made.
