'Mohajir Republican Army' a heinous falsity like 'Jinnahpur': Altaf Hussain

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Altaf Hussain Friday came down hard on the government by saying that "Mohajir Republican Army" was another heinous falsity like "Jinnahpur", Geo News reported.

"Is this canard just an accusation or the nation has been given a 'new line.' Will it be used as a 'casus belli' to crush the people of Sindh?" Hussain asked in a statement issued from London.

He urged Chief Justice of Pakistan to step into the issue and order an impartial investigation to unveil the the motives behind the launching of this 'fabrication'.

“If this allegation proves right then a strict action should be taken against those who are responsible for it”, Hussain said.

The MQM supremo also said that propagandists were attempting to plunge the country into anarchy by letting fly such unfounded figments of disinformation.
