In a statement issued from London, Hussain thanked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and the federal cabinet for taking steps to restore peace in Karachi.
MQM leader also said that he as well as every resident of Karachi would stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the government if the measures were taken according to the Constitution of Pakistan.
