CJP daylong visit to Peshawar today

PESHAWAR: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry arriving on a one-day visit of the provincial capital city on Saturday here, Geo News reported.

Peshawar High Court officials said that CJP would be interviewing the candidates seeking Supreme Court’s license at the SC Registry here.

Later, the CJP will visit Pakistan Judicial Academy and will meet the judges besides he will also address the Peshawar High Court Bar, said the officials.

Special security arrangements have been made in connection with the CJP hectic daylong program in the city.
