Sindh Governor Ishrat-ul-Ebad still holds the post, says Pervaiz Rashid

ISLAMABAD: Federal Information Minister, Pervaiz Rashid on Wednesday said that the Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad is still holding his post, fully aware of the matters relating to Karachi operation and currently on two weeks leave with the approval of the president, Geo News reported.

In a statement issued here, federal information minister said that the federal government would not be taking any extra-constitutional action and added constitution would be fully abided under which chief minister was the chief executive of the province. He further said that a fully impartial Karachi operation being conducted.
