RAWALPINDI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) is holding a fresh trial of the Benazir Bhutto murder case. During Tuesday’s proceedings, the statements of four doctors were recorded.
The doctors presented the records pertaining to the treatment of those injured during the Liaquat Bagh attack. The lawyers for the accused raised objections and said that a copy of the records had been presented. They asked the court to summon the original records.
The court allowed the defense attorney to re-examine the doctors. One doctor was re-examined during Tuesday’s proceedings, while the other three have been summoned on October 29.
