ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has nominated former Prime Minister Raja Perviaz Ashraf as an accused in the Rental Power Projects (RPP) case.
NAB filed a 263 page supplementary reference against Ashraf in an accountability court which will resume hearing of the case on November 19.
Ashraf during his tenure as the Water and Power Minister in the cabinet of then Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani was accused of misusing his authority to award RPP contracts illegally for financial benefits.
