LB Act 2013 to be amended to hold polls on party basis: Sanaullah

LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister, Rana Sanaullah on Friday said that the preparation for holding Local Bodies (LB) elections on party basis in the province has been completed, Geo News reported.

He said that the Punjab government would be holding Local Bodies elections on December 7.

Talking to Geo News here, the provincial law minister said that LB elections would be held on party basis through an upcoming ordinance amending the LB Act 2013 for which the Punjab cabinet was competent enough.
